From mosque to ballroom to late-night returns, guest transport is the detail couples underestimate most.
Wedding transport fails in the gaps: the hour between ceremony and reception, and the two hours after the last dance. Both need vehicles on site and waiting, not dispatched on request.
Build your plan around three fixed movements — arrival, venue change, and departure — then add a floating vehicle for elderly guests and anyone leaving early. Nominate one family member as the transport contact so drivers are not calling the couple.
For destination weddings in Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah, book the return leg to Dubai in advance. Late-night one-way availability from the northern emirates is thin and expensive.
