We started with three vans and a simple promise: quote honestly, arrive early, and never leave a group waiting. Today we run 60 vehicles across all seven emirates on the same promise.
Our story
From three vans to a 60-vehicle fleet
Dubai Tour Rental was founded in Dubai to solve a problem every event planner, HR manager and tour operator in the UAE knows well: group transport that is quoted vaguely, arrives late and bills differently to what was agreed.
We built the opposite. Fixed AED quotes issued in writing before you commit. Drivers briefed on the itinerary the night before. A dispatch line that a human answers at three in the morning, because crew changes and flight delays do not keep office hours.
Our fleet now spans nine tiers, from a 7-seat luxury SUV to a 50-seat touring coach, serving corporate clients, schools, hotels, wedding planners and shipping agents across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates.

Standards
How we keep charters predictable
Four operating standards sit behind every booking we accept.
Fleet standards
Every vehicle is under six years old, serviced on a 5,000 km cycle and deep-cleaned between charters. Tyres, brakes and AC performance are logged weekly, and any vehicle failing a check is pulled from service the same day.
Driver vetting
Chauffeurs hold the correct UAE licence class for the vehicle they drive, pass background and medical checks, and complete a defensive-driving induction. Telematics scoring flags harsh braking or speeding, and repeat flags end the contract.
Insurance & compliance
All vehicles carry comprehensive and passenger insurance, with RTA and emirate-level permits held for intercity operation. Certificates are shared with corporate clients before the first trip.
Dispatch & backup
A live dispatch desk runs 24/7, 365 days a year. If a vehicle develops a fault mid-charter, a replacement is on the way within two hours anywhere in the UAE.
